He brings extensive hands-on expertise in project management, operations, supply chain optimization, R&D, and new product development. R Over the past 15+ years, he has successfully led and commissioned more than 20 high-tech turnkey projects across India, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Australia, Bangladesh, and Japan.

Dr. Willow Hallgren, a CSIRO Research Scientist with a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science, possesses extensive expertise in climate change risk and impact assessment, particularly for ecosystems and agriculture. She has significantly contributed to climate change research, including the development of the Biodiversity and Climate Change Virtual Laboratory (BCCVL), across both Australian and international institutions.
